Skincare company Obagi Cosmeceuticals will be relocating its corporate headquarters from southern California to The Woodlands Towers at 9950 Woodloch Forest Tower, The Woodlands, this fall.

According to a news release from the Howard Hughes Corp., Obagi Cosmeceuticals is the 32nd company to relocate to The Woodlands since 2020. The 32 companies represent a total of 522,028 square feet of office space and 2,000 new residents, according to the release.

"Obagi leadership made the critical decision to relocate to The Woodlands based on the evaluation of opportunities for the future success of its business and employee population. There are many driving factors that led us to make this business decision to relocate a portion of our Southern California employees to Texas and bring new job opportunities to The Woodlands market,” said Jaime Castle, president and CEO of Obagi Cosmeceuticals, in the release. "We are very excited about the upcoming move and the opportunities it affords our relocating employees.”

The release stated the company will occupy space in the 31-story, 16.470-square-foot The Woodlands Towers at The Waterway at 9950 Woodloch Forest Tower, The Woodlands, once it opens in the fall.

The Howard Hughes Corp. purchased the former Anadarko towers in late 2019, and the 1.41 million-square-foot buildings are currently 82% leased, according to the release.

Obagi Cosmeceuticals was founded in 1988 by experts in the skin care industry, according to the release. www.obagi.com
