The Signorelli Company to build new headquarters in The Woodlands

Work is underway on a new campus for The Signorelli Company in The Woodlands. The homebuilder and real estate company announced Nov. 14 it will take over the former KW Realty building at 1401 Woodlands Parkway, according to a news release.

The completion date for the new 16,257-square-foot open-concept office building is anticipated for the second quarter of 2019.

“We have been planning our campus for many years and the net result is something we think is unique to who we are,” said Danny Signorelli, founder and principal of The Signorelli Company, in a statement. “The open-concept space will allow each business unit to have [its] own space while still fluidly interacting with other divisions.”

The company will work with Arch-Con Corp. to demolish the exterior of the building and interior facade and rebuild the interior, according to the release. The new building will feature an indoor/outdoor concept with more than 4,000 square feet of outdoor and green space. The company will move into the new building from an existing office nearby.

According to the release, the new building will allow the company to move in over 70 employees with room to grow.

“Our culture is our biggest inspiration for the campus,” Signorelli said. “We want to celebrate our hard-working team by making the office a fun place to be.”
