More homes were sold in Sugar Land- and Missouri City-area ZIP codes in March compared to March 2025, with 245 homes sold versus 224 last year, according to data from CB&A Realtors.

Of the total 245 homes sold, homes in the $200,000-$399,999 price range sold the most frequently, with 114 homes sold.
