Casual dining restaurant Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar has opened a new Stafford location.

Located at 12223 Southwest Freeway, Stafford, Lazy Dog opened July 13, offering its twists on American dishes, including BBQ Bison Meatloaf made with Durham Ranch grass-raised Wyoming bison, Campfire Pot Roast and Southern Fried Chicken Salad with a side of Nashville hot sauce for dipping.

“We are thrilled to be in Stafford and to bring our style of hospitality and delicious food to the neighborhood,” said Chris Simms, founder and CEO of Lazy Dog in a July 13 news release. “The team, the guests and the community are the reason why we do what we do—to offer a dining experience that feels like family. We are excited to open our doors and introduce the Stafford community to Lazy Dog.”

Additionally, the restaurant offers a full bar featuring a variety of handcrafted cocktails including the Smoked Maple Bacon Old Fashioned and Mango Chile Margarita. When dining in, guests can enjoy craft house beers such as the Huckleberry Haze IPA and limited-release beers from Lazy Dog Beer Club, all brewed by Melvin Brewing in Alpine, Wyoming, along with local favorites. 281-982-1470. www.lazydogrestaurants.com
