Called PetSuites Sugar Land, the new facility, 20430 Southwest Freeway, Richmond, had its soft opening Feb. 15, said Antoinette Rivera, the facility’s general manager. The opening had been originally scheduled two weeks earlier, but challenges with kennel supplies pushed that date back, Rivera said.
PetSuites is known for its animal boarding, including various options for “canine suites” and cat boarding options called “cat condos,” according to the company’s website. These boarding options include suite types such as the Canine Luxury Suite, featuring raised beds, a personal TV, three daily potty walks, room service and daily housekeeping.
From Feb. 21-March 18, PetSuites Sugar Land will hold its Petpalooza, where every week customers can make reservations for one of three events, including private training sessions, boarding slumber parties and a free day care party.
