Panda Express opened a location at The Grid development in Stafford this summer.

Located at 11127 W. Airport Blvd., Stafford, the fast-casual Chinese restaurant chain is known for its orange chicken, Beijing beef and chow mein. The new location opened July 16.

The resolution denouncing Williams' behavior came after a former district employee alleged she mistreated him because of his race and gender, according district documents.

Renderings of the conceptual tower were shown depicting a roughly 100-foot tower, but the intent is to build a smaller tower. According to a presentation given to the City Council at the Oct. 19 meeting, the improvements will address the street ponding and structural flooding issues.
