Missouri City's Municipal Court has launched three new incentives to make city services easier, faster and more convenient for residents, Municipal Court Director Stacy Froeschner announced in a May 28 Facebook video.

The court will now provide electronic distribution of receipts, court documents and attorney correspondence via email, which aims to allow involved parties to receive important documents quickly and efficiently, Froeschner said.
3. Streamlined case processing through standing orders
The Municipal Court also implemented judicial standing orders, which authorize clerks to process qualifying cases without requiring a hearing before the judge, Froeschner said.

"Whether it's improving communication, reducing wait times or providing more online options, our goal is simple: deliver better services while making government more accessible and user-friendly," Froeschner said.
