From gyms to pilates to jiujitsu facilities, check out the latest fitness centers that opened in 2025 or are coming soon to the Missouri City and Sugar Land areas. This list is not comprehensive.

24 Hour Pickle

The facility—open 24 hours a day, seven days a week—offers members access to eight courts for competition or training, Community Impact reported. The sports venue has various amenities, including a shop to purchase equipment, a sauna, snack bar and massage chairs.

Located in the Commons at Lake Olympia shopping center, the international Brazilian jiujitsu academy offers training for adults and children aged 4 and older in group classes and private lessons.


The co-ed classes can accommodate all skill levels, as students range from beginners to active competitors, manager Jonathan Martindale said.

Additionally, Renzo Gracie Jiu Jitsu’s instructors come from various backgrounds, with some having fought in the UFC, Martindale said.Imperial Park Recreation Center cardio and weight room

The new $168,745 room, which was approved in May 2024, was funded by the Sugar Land 4B Corp., city officials said in an email. Annual memberships are available for $12.75 for Sugar Land residents and $191 for non-residents.

City officials said equipment in the new room includes:
  • Cardio equipment such as treadmills, Pelotons, ellipticals and a rower
  • Weight equipment such as leg press, ab crunch, back extension and free weights
Beyond the new cardio and weight room, the center also offers basketball, tennis and volleyball courts as well as a game room and exercise classes, according to its website.Keep Fit Yoga Pilates


The boutique wellness studio offers a full range of yoga, Pilates and aerial fitness classes designed for all ages and experience levels, founder Bella Fan said.

The membership-based club will feature 12 professional-grade cushioned courts with open play, court reservations, tournaments and group instruction.

The Atlanta-based business, which opened in 2022, has 22 locations nationwide with 16 more coming soon, per the release. The first Houston-area location opened in Magnolia in late 2024.
