Home sales were down 25% across the Spring and Klein communities in
Community Impact’s coverage area. Overall, 49 fewer homes sold in the region, and sales dropped in each ZIP code this February compared to February 2024, according to data provided by
Coldwell Banker Realty Realtor Jenny Hill.
Meanwhile, the median home sales price rose in three of six ZIP codes year over year. About 63% of homes sold were in the $200,000-$399,999 price range.
On average, homes spent more time on the market this February compared to last February.
