Construction on Oakwood Trails—a low-income housing development by Lincoln Avenue Capital—has begun in Spring, according to an Aug. 7 email from a company spokesperson. The 4% tax credit application apartment complex will be available for seniors age 62 and older. Oakwood Trails will have 203 units with one- and two-bedroom apartments for rent for $1,003-$1,206 per month.
