Casella, a senior living apartment community, will be opening soon in Spring, according to the property manager. Designed for residents age 55 and older, the community will offer one- and two-bedroom apartments for $1,475-$2,330 per month. The community will feature air-conditioned enclosed corridors, a golf putting green, a yoga studio and a dog park with a wash and grooming station.
