Construction is scheduled to begin at the end of the third quarter for developer Dhanani Private Equity Group’s new apartment complex in Spring, according to an April 15 email from a spokesperson with Dhanani. The complex will be called Territory at Spring, and construction is anticipated to take 18-24 months.

Territory at Spring will include 318 units and features including:

  • A fitness center and virtual workout room
  • A billiards lounge
  • A cyber lounge
  • Pickleball courts
  • An outdoor fitness area
Dhanani Private Equity Group also developed the Territory at 2920 apartments, which were completed in February.
