Karen's Closet, located at 16638 Champion Forest Drive, Spring, will celebrate its 15th anniversary on Feb. 12. Owned by namesake Karen Kastner, the upscale consignment boutique has more than 3,000 consignors who stock the shop with a daily-changing inventory of women's clothing, formalwear, shoes, jewelry and handbags, all in next-to-new condition.
