El Zocalo Mexican Restaurant celebrated its grand opening Aug. 30 at 8921 Louetta Road, Spring. The family-owned restaurant offers a menu of traditional Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes for lunch and dinner, a full bar with eight margarita flavors and a children's menu.
