Dallas-Fort Worth-based eatery Bread Zeppelin Salads Elevated has expanded its franchise to Spring with the June 22 opening of its new location in City Place, 1700 Lake Plaza Drive, Spring.

Vincent Ginatta, Bread Zeppelin vice president of franchising, touted the opportunity to expand the restaurant to the Houston area.

“We’ve been thrilled to work with the Rosa family and their team at Avalanche Food Group to bring Bread Zeppelin to City Place, which recently made national headlines as the future global headquarters for Hewlett Packard Enterprise,” Ginatta said. “Houston has demonstrated an appreciation for fresh and delicious food, and we look forward to expanding throughout the greater metro area.”

Bread Zeppelin offers 12 signature salads—served in a bowl or in a cored-out, fresh-baked artisan baguette—as well as build-your-own options. The restaurant has six locations in the Dallas area and boasts fresh ingredients, house-made dressings and a range of proteins marinated and grilled in-house. 346-336-3001. www.breadzeppelin.com
