Heart & Hustle CrossFit opened at 21901 Hwy. 249, Ste. 400, Houston, on Jan. 4. The new business is housed in a climate-controlled facility that features state-of-the-art equipment. It offers five different classes that cater to all levels of experience and that incorporate high-intensity interval training, weightlifting and cardio circuits.


Heart & Hustle CrossFit will host a grand opening celebration Feb. 13 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. that will include a community workout of the day and an open house. The event will also feature local vendors, including Bearded Fox Brewing Company, PeachTree Custom Designs, Mudslingers H-Town and Sugar Viking CBD Recovery. 832-377-7153. www.hxhcrossfit.com
