Six of the Spring and Klein area’s nine ZIP codes experienced an increase in the number of homes sold in September as compared to September 2020, while ZIP codes 77068, 77069 and 77389 experienced a decline. Meanwhile, the median price of homes sold rose year over year in all Spring- and Klein-area ZIP codes.
