Several restaurants and fast-casual food venues either opened of celebrated a year in business over the last three months in the Spring area, according to previous Community Impact reporting. Check out what is happening near you.

Bamburger

The Spring-based eatery offers a variety of smash burgers in beef or chicken alongside items such as chicken tenders with fries and fries covered in cheese, jalapenos and bam sauce.

Black Bear Diner


The California restaurant is dedicated to “great food, great service and great atmosphere," co-founder Bruce Dean said. The restaurant is open 7 days a week from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., serving customers all-day breakfast, along with lunch and dinner options. The new Tomball location joins the diner's 168 locations across 14 states, according to its website.

Lebanese Cuisine Aileen

Local Lebanese cuisine food truck Lebanese Cuisine Aileen is celebrating one year in business according to management officials. Serving a variety of Lebanese dishes such as falafel, shawarma and stuffed grape leaves, Lebanese Cuisine Aileen has operated a food truck in the Spring area since December 2024.

Los Cochinitos


Los Cochinitos serves authentic Mexican food including carnitas, enchiladas, tamales and quesadillas, per the business website.

Golden Roastery

Golden Roastery offers Arab and Turkish sweets including roasted nuts, halal gummies, chocolates, coffee and Palestinian delights. The Middle East roastery offers both in-store services and a dining area available to enjoy its Palestinian delights.
