Yucca Grill—a restaurant specializing in Turkish and international cuisine—will be opening in Spring.
The business's menu has not yet been announced. Yucca Grill is owned by Ayfer Çağlı. The location was previously occupied by Alwadi Mediterranean Sandwiches.
Emily joined Community Impact in August 2021 and is an education reporter for the northern Greater Houston area. Previously, Emily worked for a small-town newspaper in El Campo, Texas, for two years. Before that, she interned and freelanced for the Houston Chronicle and worked as a freelance photographer and writer in the Houston area.
