The dental clinic first opened its doors in January 2021 with the goal of providing comfortable, transparent care to the Spring community, said Mary Ann Landry, CEO and chief visionary officer.
Landry opened the clinic with her husband, Dr. Michael Landry, who serves as clinical director and chief operating officer of the dentistry.
Mary Ann told Community Impact they designed the clinic to feel like an inviting community center, with elements of a "boutique hotel" dispersed throughout the office. She said their ultimate goal is reduce anxiety and build a meaningful relationship with patients.
"We are primarily a general dentistry practice, but we're more like a super general practice," she said. "We will take patients and partner with them to make sure they get the care that they need and they deserve."
What they offer
Consultants in Dental Aesthetics offers a variety of services, including preventative cleaning, same-day crowns, dental implants and cosmetic dentistry according to the clinic's website.
Mary Ann said the clinic also treats sleep apnea, which if left untreated has been linked to more serious health conditions like heart attack and stroke. She said education also encompasses a large part of their mission, as dental wellbeing connects to overall health.
One more thing
The clinic will host a Free Day of Dentistry Jan. 24, where patients aged 18 and up can receive free fillings, cleanings or extractions, Mary Ann said. The annual event is organized through the clinic's nonprofit, Gift of Dentistry.
In-person registration for the event will run from 7:30-10 a.m. Jan. 24, Mary Ann said.
