Following an announcement from officials with The Annex Crafthouse announcing the bar and grill's closure on Dec. 16, a new sports bar has announced plans for the space in Spring.

The bar is under new ownership once again and is being rebranded as Oak and Iron Sports Social according to the business website and social media. The space is also being renovated alongside the rebranding, and will reopen in 2026 based on project details.

The Annex Crafthouse officially closed on Dec. 16 after being taken over by new ownership in July; however the business changed hands again in December and will have a new concept, officials said.
