Several businesses announced they would be opening across the Spring and Klein communities in 2026 according to prior Community Impact reporting. Take a look at some of the businesses set to open in 2026 and what they will be offering. This list is not comprehensive.

Harbor Freight

Senior Vice President of Real Estate Trey Feiler said in a Dec. 3 news release that the company has been looking to open a location in Spring for a number of years.

"In addition to finding a great location, we were attracted by the availability of great associates in the Spring area, and we look forward to having them join the Harbor Freight team," Feiler said.

The store will offer products at discounted rates and also sells products through its website. Products sold include auto parts, air and power tools, storage, outdoor power equipment, generators, welding supplies and hand tools.


TRG Datacenters

Houston-based datacenter provider TRG Datacenters broke ground on the second phase of its development in Spring in late 2025. The $6.6 million project plans to construct a second building providing 110,000 square feet of space and 24 megawatts of capacity for standard, cloud-based and AI data needs.O'Reilly's Auto Parts

The new auto parts store will be the eighth store location for the area, according to project registration information from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Construction on the new 7,453 square-foot-store located off FM 2920 will begin in April and is estimated to wrap up by August, according to project filings. Details are subject to change.

O’Reilly Auto Parts Store is a retailer of automotive aftermarket parts, tools, supplies, equipment and accessories. The company has more than 6,400 stores across the country, Mexico and Canada, according to the company’s website.La Dolce Nail Spa


The salon offers a variety of services including manicures, pedicures, nail art designs, eyelash extensions and waxing, according to its website. Construction of La Dolce Nail Spa is set to begin Dec. 1 in the Berry Farms Marketplace building.AutoZone Auto Parts

Opening at a 35,400-square-foot space that formerly housed an Office Depot, the business offers car parts, battery testing and charging, and check engine light testing, among other services. The new AutoZone is expected to be completed by March 30, 2026, according to the filing. An opening date has not yet been announced.
