The Jambalaya Shoppe opens first Texas location in Pearland

The Jambalaya Shoppe opened in Pearland on Dec. 17. The Louisiana-based eatery is known for its boudin, gumbo and “pastalaya,” or jambalaya made with pasta instead of rice.
