Tex-Mex Smokehouse opened in Pearland on June 7, according to a social media post. Tex-Mex Smokehouse serves smoked beef and chicken fajitas by the pound. Each pack includes one pound of diced beef or chicken fajita, 10 flour or corn tortillas, refried beans, chipotle cream and tomatillo salsa.
