Following March 5’s primary election win, Brazoria County’s incumbent sheriff Bo Stallman said he wants to plan for the growth within Brazoria County, and is set on his goal to have a “premier law enforcement agency.”
“We’re just going to continue to expand the service we provide, as well as grow with the population growth in our county,” Stallman said. “I feel like this sent a loud and clear message of what we’re doing as a sheriff’s office, and the safety and security that we provide to Brazoria County.”
Richard Foreman currently has 8,437 votes, or 26.11% of the vote, according to unofficial results from Brazoria County. He thanked his supporters through a social media post.
“Congratulations to all the winners tonight,” Foreman said in the social media post. “We should all wish them the best. I respect the process and the people have spoken. I want to thank the best volunteers anyone could ask for and everyone who supported our campaign.”
