Breakfast and brunch concept restaurant Brick & Spoon plans to open at the Texas Station Shopping Center at the intersection of FM 518 and FM 528 in Friendswood. A timeline for its opening has not been established.
Brick & Spoon—which has most of its locations in Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi—serves omelets, breakfast tacos, pancakes, burgers, drinks and more.
