With all precincts reporting in Brazoria County, Alfred Froberg has won the Republican primary race for Brazoria County commissioner, Precinct 2, with 4,157 votes, or 55.66%, against incumbent Ryan Cade, who earned 3,312 votes, or 44.34%.
All results are unofficial until canvassed at a later date.

As of 10:05 p.m., unofficial results from Brazoria County show Alfred Froberg is leading incumbent Ryan Cade with 2,818 votes, or 55.39%, to 2,270 votes, or 44.61%, in the Republican primary.
In a Q&A with Community Impact, incumbent Ryan Cade said if elected, his priorities are to focus on public safety, infrastructure and drainage.
Alfred Froberg said his priorities would be public safety, which includes law enforcement and all first responders, as well as proper drainage and good roads throughout the county.
