Stop the Bleed

Big Rivers Waterpark & Adventures invites dogs and their owners to enjoy a day of swimming and fun at the water park. Each guest is allowed to bring up to two dogs, and owners get in for free.Chicks & Hogs BBQ & Brew-Fest


This 15th annual event will feature up to 40 cook teams competing in this Champions Barbecue Alliance-sanctioned state championship. In addition to enjoying barbecue, attendees can sample craft beer from up to 20 breweries at the brewery festival and enjoy live music, a silent auction and a kids' zone. Proceeds will benefit Family Promise of Lake Houston, a nonprofit that supports homeless children and their families while they work to break the cycle of homelessness in their lives.

OktoBEERfest
