In New Caney, the new McCoy’s Building Supply store will be holding soft and grand openings soon, a company spokesperson confirmed via email April 1. Celebrations are planned for the week of May 11-16 in honor of the opening.
McCoy’s Building Supply sells building materials for residential and agricultural projects; tractor, trailer and auto supplies; farm, ranch and animal supplies; and work wear and safety gear, according to the company’s website. The company has 85 stores across Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma.
The 25,300-square-foot store in New Caney is slated to include two 11,000-square-foot drive-thru canopies with storage racks, as previously reported by Community Impact. The location was first announced in January 2024.
