Catalyst Trading Company is expected to open a new 200,000-square-foot warehouse at the East Montgomery County Industrial Park in New Caney. The company maintains an inventory of industrial catalysts—as well as aluminas, molecular sieves and inert supports—which can be used for applications such as refining, environmental or petrochemical processes.WeeKare Pediatrics officials are now targeting a December opening for their new location in the Caney Crossing shopping center in New Caney. The clinic, which had previously been slated to open in November, will offer a variety of medical services for children, including sports physicals, vision and hearing screenings, urinalysis, immunizations, and sterile ear piercings.What's next—Permits filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation

Officials with Valley Ranch Town Center Holdings LTD have filed permits to construct a new 6,760-square-foot shell building in Valley Ranch Town Center, according to an Oct. 20 filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Construction on the $1.8 million project is expected to begin in December and wrap up in March.Relocations

Emmanuel Baptist Church broke ground Nov. 16 on its new permanent campus in New Caney. The first phase of construction will include a temporary worship space that can accommodate up to 325 people as well as a nursery and children's education areas.
