Party City at Valley Ranch Town Center in New Caney closed Feb. 28, officials with real estate developer The Signorelli Co. confirmed in an emailed statement March 25.

According to the statement, the closure was related to Party City officials’ December announcement stating more than 700 locations would be shutting down permanently. In the announcement, Party City officials noted some locations that are not owned by the company, including a location in Humble, will remain open.
Party City specializes in decorations for a variety of special occasions such as birthdays and graduations as well as holidays such as Halloween and Christmas.
