Carter's is planning to open as a co-branded concept with OshKosh B'gosh in Valley Ranch Town Center this November, officials with the East Montgomery County Improvement District announced Aug. 2. Though an exact address has not yet been announced for the children's clothing store, the business will be located near other Valley Ranch Town Center retailers such as Target and HomeGoods, according to EMCID officials.
