Longtime Kingwood business Shiner's Express Car Wash reopens after complete remodel

Locally owned Shiner’s Express Car Wash will reopen in mid- to late-September after having undergone renovations since last November. The car wash has been operating at 4020 Rustic Woods Drive, Kingwood, for 23 years.
