According to the release, construction is already underway on the project with the first homes scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2023. Bluewater at Balmoral will consist of 92 three- and four-bedroom homes across 16 buildings, ranging in size from 1,400-1,800 square feet. Prices will start at $2,200 per month.
"We are excited for Wan Bridge's continued additions to the Houston area," said Ting Qiao, CEO and founder of Wan Bridge, in a statement. "Our goal is to bring more choice for residents looking to take advantage of this unique housing option of build-to-rent while ensuring details and amenities are not forgotten, especially as Texas continues to witness population, job and corporate relocation growth. These homes will bring more luxury rentals to the community, providing great value as we continue to grow this neighborhood our residents love and call home."
According to the release, Bluewater at Balmoral units will feature 10-foot ceilings, oversized kitchen islands, walk-in closets, modern floor and wall tile, LED mirrors, rainforest shower heads and chrome fixtures.
As previously reported by Community Impact, this is Wan Bridge's second build-to-rent community in the Land Tejas Balmoral development. The developer announced an expansion of its Clearwater at Balmoral townhome community in February.
