Construction on a new Black Rock Coffee Bar in Humble is slated to begin in November, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing. The coffee shop is known for its crafted caffeinated drinks—including Irish coffee, the caramel blondie, Mexican mocha and caramel truffle—as well as teas and smoothies. While an estimated opening date has not yet been announced, construction on the project is expected to wrap up in March.
