Chuy's officials are planning to open their new location in Valley Ranch Town Center this summer, officials with the East Montgomery County Improvement District announced via Facebook in late May.

The Tex-Mex restaurant serves "Big As Yo' Face Burritos," tacos, enchiladas and fajitas as well as a variety of flavored margaritas and cocktails.
