A Chipotle Mexican Grill will open this fall at 21360 Hwy. 59, Ste. 100, New Caney, in Valley Ranch Town Center. The fast-casual eatery will offer burritos, bowls, tacos, salads and chips and queso.

Chipotle is the anchor of a new 6,350 square-foot building in the shopping center, according to an April 23 news release from Signorelli Co., the developer of Valley Ranch. Other tenants for the building have not been announced. 713-452-1700. www.chipotle.com
