J&R's Ace Hardware celebrated its fifth anniversary with a Spring Kickoff BBQ Party on March 23. The hardware store offers a variety of services, including paint color matching, sharpening services, key cutting and U-Haul Rental, among others. The Porter location is owned and managed by Jeff Petersen, according to the store website. As previously reported by Community Impact, J&R's Ace Hardware celebrated its grand reopening following an expansion in 2023.
