The Texas Repertory Theatre Company, a Spring-based professional theater company, announced its new partnership with the Charles Bender Performing Arts Center in Humble via a news release May 30.

Through the new partnership, The Texas Repertory Theatre Company will bring four new productions to the Charles Bender PAC over the next year beginning with "Tenderly: The Rosemary Clooney Musical," which ran July 16-25. According to the release, the new partnership makes The Texas Repertory Theatre Company—North Houston's only professional theater company for the past 18 years—a resident company of the Charles Bender PAC.

"All the additional offerings in the season will follow the mold of the well-known Texas Rep. brand: classic theater based on uplifting and inspiring themes, outstanding portrayals by some of Houston's finest professional performers and sterling production values that make up truly exceptional examples of theatrical art."

According to the release, the Charles Bender PAC is a registered historic site located at 611 Higgins St., Humble, that has undergone a $4 million restoration to become a world-class theater facility.
