John 17:3 previously had its soft opening and is expected to have its grand opening Nov. 26. Located at 414 Grand Parkway, Ste. 100, Katy, the restaurant serves beef, chicken and meatball sandwiches as well as wings and drinks. 281-665-3988. www.john173.us/
