Black Rock Coffee Bar is opening a Fulshear location toward the end of 2021 or early 2022. The national coffee shop sells roasted coffees, teas, smoothies and blended energy drinks. The drive-thru shop will be located in Fulshear’s Cross Creek Commons at the northwest corner of FM 1463 and South Fry Road.
