The new Cross Creek Ranch H-E-B in Fulshear confirmed its opening Friday. Located at 4950 FM 1463, Katy, the grocery store anchors The Market at Cross Creek Ranch, which is under construction.

The store lists a Katy address online but according to the Fort Bend Central Appraisal District, the Market at Cross Creek Ranch's taxing entity is the city of Fulshear.

The store features a pharmacy, flower shop and Curbside services. H-E-B also announced Thursday that the company would purchase the delivery app Favor Delivery for customers to use. The main store phone number is 346-387-7200 while the pharmacy can be reached at 346-387-7000.

Charles Scoville, CEO of broker Read-King Commercial, said the 101,000-square-foot Fulshear grocery store is part of nearly 300,000 square feet of commercial space. The Market is designed for retail, dining, banking and medical.

Retail space construction was expected to finish by the second week of February. Nearly 80 percent of the shopping center was pre-leased as of Jan. 29, and tenants include Twin Liquors, Massage Heights, Venetian Nail Spa and Dickey’s Barbecue.

Several shops in a 15,000-square-foot building on the northwest corner of Fulshear Bend Drive and FM 1463 are already open, such as Memorial Hermann Urgent Care, Great Clips, MOD Pizza and Lapels Dry Cleaning. In addition, Regions Bank will open a branch in a separate building on the northern corner of the development along FM 1463.

Read-King’s plans for the shopping center include approximately 5 acres of medical space in the southwest corner, but Scoville said that was still preliminary.
