Office Evolution Richmond will cater to entrepreneurs in the Richmond, Fulshear, Katy, Sugar Land and Houston areas with a 12,700-square-foot workspace located in a neighborhood of offices and retail shops, according to a Jan. 15 news release.Max Burns, franchise owner and a residential real estate broker, said in the release Office Evolution will foster creativity, collaboration and connection within Fort Bend County.
“Our mission is to provide a professional office environment for entrepreneurs who are launching a new business, taking their business out of their homes or garages, or adding team members to their existing and growing businesses,” Burns said in a statement.
The featuresThe Office Evolution suite will be built with 65 offices and two conference rooms, according to the release.
In addition, the suite will provide co-working space, dedicated desks, private offices, private mailboxes and phone booths for discreet conversations, per the release.
The workspace will also feature a stocked kitchen with free snacks, coffee and water for its members, as well as a large lounge area and conference room for events.
The background
The shared workspace and co-working business was established in 2003 and has more than 80 offices throughout the U.S., according to the release.
