A new food truck is pulling up to Katy this spring.

What we know

Juicy Joint, a mobile eatery serving halal Wagyu burgers and gourmet hot dogs, is owned by Clutch City Cluckers founder Ahmad Kilani, according to an April 22 news release. The purple-and-orange flagship truck is parked near the Galleria on 5550 Val Verde St., Houston.

What it offers

Menu items include crowd favorites such as loaded fries and the Mushroom Groove Deluxe burger, made with Wagyu beef, Swiss cheese, beef bacon, truffle mayo, sauteed mushrooms and caramelized onions on a soft potato bun, per the release.

Another item is the the Eastside Sachi Dog, which is a 4-ounce Wagyu beef hot dog topped with fried onions, gochujang sauce, chives, beef bacon and sesame, according to the release.


In addition, the food truck sells milkshakes with mix-ins, including caramel, hot fudge and Biscoff cookies, per the release.
