New designs from homebuilder LGI Homes Inc. are available within Katy’s Sunterra community as of November, sources with the master-planned community said.

The Terrata Homes brand offers six home designs that range from 1,593-2,281 square feet with one- and two-story floor plans. These homes have up to four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, and offer additional spaces, such as game rooms, laundry rooms, and covered outdoor living areas.

Each design is outfitted with stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, 42-inch white cabinetry with crown molding, designer light fixtures and finished two-car garages.

New homes at Sunterra start in the $340,000 range. Located near major thoroughfares, I-10 and The Grand Parkway, these homes are situated within Katy ISD.
