Katy ISD Nutrition and Food Services will be serving free breakfast and lunch for children throughout the summer with no sign-up or registration required.
The meals will be available for children 18 and under, as well as those 19 or older with a physical or mental disability who participate during the school year in a public or private nonprofit school program, said Thao Vo, associate director of policy and procurement for Katy ISD.
What you need to know
Select KISD campuses will offer the summer meals Mondays through Thursdays at six locations from late May through the end of July, officials announced in a May 28 news release.
