What they’re saying

According to Tiffany Walsh, senior director of leasing at TBD Management, residents are already signing leases and will be moving in by the end of August.

The development has wrapped up its initial phase and is set to finalize the last phase by November this year, according to Walsh.

According to Wan Bridge, three more communities will be coming soon to Houston by the end of the year.

“We are excited to bring this latest community to market, especially for potential residents who are looking for a more modern place to live in the area,” Wan Bridge CEO Ting Qiao said. “The launch of Enclave at Mason Creek will provide residents with relaxed suburban living in Katy with easy access to the many city thrills one can find in Houston.”
