The Chinese cuisine restaurant celebrated its grand opening June 1 in the Houston area, Owner Allen Lin confirmed.
Respecting the craft
Cooked to order and crafted with real ingredients, Fortune Eight’s wok-fired entrees range from Kung Pao Chicken and Walnut Shrimp to featured menu items like its Baby Bok Choy and Shitake.
“We mainly focus on smaller menu items with an emphasis on quality,” Lin told Community Impact. “Really just serving up those classic foods that can be found on our website and doing the basics well.”
