Escalantes
Raise a glass to Cinco de Mayo with a $6 cinco shot, $6 sangria, mint watermelon margarita and other themed beverages at the Mexican restaurant.
The Mexican restaurant is hosting two days of family-friendly celebrations that include a Mexican street food buffet, tequila and mezcal samplings and live mariachi music.

Candente
The restaurant is offering $10 house margaritas and $10 quesos to celebrate and will have tequila brands on-site for tastings. The Montrose location will also have performances from a DJ and a mariachi band.
The newly opened restaurant is celebrating with a special Cinco de Mayo menu, live music and the breaking of a 4-foot piñata packed with candy at 7 p.m.
The restaurant is hosting a Cinco de Mayo-themed dinner special with dishes such as oysters Oaxacafeller, snapper zarandeado and strawberry choco flan.
The cocktail lounge is celebrating with margarita specials, frozen cocktails, tequila carajillos, Mexican candy mini cocktails, as well as birria tacos and birria quesadillas.
In honor of Cinco de Mayo, the restaurant will serve $5 mango margaritas all day as well as food items such as spicy beef tenderloin tacos and Cajun shrimp tacos.
The restaurant is rolling out a specialty margarita menu with beverages such as the watermelon cooler margarita, ancho mezcal, agua fresca and Sicilian margarita.
