Few details have been released on the concept, which is also unnamed as of the July 17 announcement. However, in a July 17 news release, officials described it as an "upscale" eatery that will offer chef-driven, housemade menu options, including seafood, pastas, pizzas and steaks sourced from 44 Farms.
A beverage program will offer a range of spirits and cocktails as well as bottled and draft beer, and an extensive selection of wines available by the glass, according to the release.
Fielding's has been running restaurants in The Woodlands for more than 10 years, including Fielding’s Wood Grill and Fielding’s Local Kitchen + Bar. The company is run by cofounders Cary Attar and Edelberto Goncalves.
“Inspiration for the menu is a lifetime of experience and travels paired with classic culinary techniques,” Goncalves said in a statement.
The new eatery will be located in the Novel River Oaks development at 2511 Willowick Road, Houston. At 6,000 square feet in size, it will feature a welcoming lounge where live music will be staged, an open wood-fired kitchen and two dining rooms specifically designed for intimate occasions. Guests will also be able to sit on two patios.
